Rug Delivery |

- It is important to see a rug in your own environment and at different times of day.
But let us do the heavy-lifting! - We will bring rugs that you chose to your home and lay them out in the various rooms. The ideal rug may surprise you; we’ll leave it for you to appreciate the next day so that you’ll be comfortable that you’ve chosen the perfect rug
for your beautiful space.

Lifetime Trade-In |

- We accommodate your life’s changes. You can trade the rug you purchased from us - at the price you paid - towards any other (one) rug of
higher value.
- Trade in value can be affected by certain stains, excessive wear or improper use. A cleaning charge is generally assessed against the trade in value.

Appraisals |
We are happy to arrange an appraisal at your home, for as many rugs as you choose. |
- We are paid according to the time spent in your home and the number of pieces that require written statements. It is not prohibitive and is often useful for insurance purposes or estate evaluation.
- We also offer free appraisals here at the store with a prearranged appointment.

Professional Rug Cleaning |
Rugs don’t need cleaning as often as you might have been led to believe.
They love to be vacuumed and might need cleaning as rarely as once in five years.
When you see a loss of overall vibrancy, you know it’s time to call us. We’ve secured the services of the best professional rug washing operation that meets
our high standards. The cleaning process used will remove layers of dirt hiding in the
foundation of your rug. |
- Cost of cleaning is calculated by the size of the rug. Please contact us for estimates.
- There are additional charges for handling pet stains, moths, and mildew.
- Pickup and return delivery services available.

Rug Restoration & Repair |
- We perform minor repairs at our store.
This most often includes: edge bindings and securing fringe ends
(we can show you the various methods when you’re here.) - Major restorations (and their estimates) require transport of the rug(s) to our New York facilities for estimates and work by technically skilled and experienced restorers. This may include reweaving if the rug is worn considerably, or rebuilding the foundation where there is a hole or a cut.

- We maintain our own looms in Iran, India, and Egypt.
- Because of our own looms and great relationships with our suppliers,
we can offer the service of custom sized and/or custom colored rugs. - We can even create an entirely new design for you.
